  • Looking for something other than sex ed? Sit down with Lauren one-on-one to discuss work challenges, religious trauma, or relationships. Receive resources, ideas, and coaching to benefit your personal flourishing.

    Students will begin with an in-depth KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Assessment with Lauren to best determine their individual education needs.

    Using the student’s KSA, Lauren will craft a series of individual lessons and detailed homework to be discussed during each hour-long session. Students are free to safely discuss any issue and receive education, resources, ideas, and coaching to support growth.

Lauren’s innovative teaching focuses on overcoming obstacles associated with: religious trauma, communication, initial sexual experiences, life transitions, emotional shifts, and childbirth experiences. Using a biopsychosocial approach and drawing from more than a decade of work in program development, Lauren’s goal is to improve sexual and personal satisfaction through collaborative & embodied education.
