Privacy and confidentiality are vital to your comfort when discussing sex and intimacy. Sit down with Lauren virtually or in-person to discuss any sexuality specific issue and receive resources, ideas, and coaching for your sexual and/or relational life.

Individual Sessions

Students will begin with an in-depth KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes) Assessment** with Lauren to best determine their individual sexuality education needs and the amount of sessions needed to achieve their goals.

Using the student’s KSA, Lauren will craft a series of individual lessons and detailed homework to be discussed during each hour-long session.
