Sexual health is fundamental to the overall health and well-being of individuals, couples and families, and to the social and economic development of communities and countries. (World Health Organization)

When individuals are blocked from sexual health they are stunted from developing a sense of sensual play and enjoyment.

Sexual health is influenced by a breadth of factors including: race, religion, trauma, economics, tools and technology, politics and legislation, stability and change, historical background, and culture. (Sexuality Education Wheel of Context by: Azarmina & Nasserzadeh 2017)

By moving clients toward sexual freedom they leave behind “problematic barriers that hamper personal growth, limit hope, and create fear of risk taking.” (Dale & Keller 2019)

Sex Ed for You works to restore positive and respectful approaches to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as increase the possibility of having pleasurable and safe sexual experiences, free of coercion, discrimination and violence. (WHO)
