Do you feel like the character in a story someone else is writing? Do you long to be the heroine, not the victim? If so, this course is for you!

By the conclusion of this six-week-course femme students will have developed skills to identify their own behaviors learned in childhood, explored tools to alter patterns of thinking, and been introduced to techniques to begin authoring their personal narratives.
