What does the "home" of your body feel like? Is it warm and cozy-like sitting by the fire? Or like sipping a bowl of soup? Is it a hug? Is it a color? Take a minute: just imagine what would feel the most welcoming to you. That is your home.
If your body is a vehicle, where are you moving toward? Are you on an adventure? Are you on foot or in a mode of transportation?
If your heart is pure, what does that mean for your sexual healing?
If your pure heart was safe in the home of your body, protected from the outside world, could you heal yourself? Could you give yourself permission to heal yourself?
If God were a spirit living in your beautiful body, what would that change about the way you speak to yourself about yourself?
If lifting the fog of sexual pain, shame, embarrassment, trauma, disgust, and fear of judgment helped "others do the same" would it seem more worthy?
Does breaking through the bondage of guilt, fear, and shame feel like a revolution? Why or why not?
Do your battle wounds feel like “stains" connecting you to others? Is this beautiful or disturbing to consider? Why?
Why does the author reference "feeling touch and movement?” How is this different from regular touch?
What would/does sexual healing look like to you?
