Sex Ed for You provides holistic sexuality education and embodied coaching to individuals, partnerships, and parents. Lauren’s innovative teaching focuses on overcoming sexual obstacles associated with: religious trauma, communication, initial sexual experiences, life transitions, emotional shifts, and childbirth experiences. Using a biopsychosocial approach and drawing from more than a decade of work in reproductive and maternal health, Lauren’s goal is to improve sexual satisfaction through collaborative & embodied education.
