Awaken Your Senses: an Embodied Workshop

Join Deidre and Lauren to awaken your senses for 2023.

This 3-hour holistic workshop will weave prompted journaling, healing movement, and intuitive card reading into a step-by-step candle making experience.

Students will leave having created a scented candle of their own, engaged all five senses, and set intentions for 2023.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Deidre is a master craftsman and intuitive known for her ability to deliver wisdom and insight through art and spoken word.

Lauren is a holistic sexuality educator who specializes in reconnecting the body, mind, and soul to pleasure in all forms.

To awaken the senses

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

By the end of the 3-hour workshop students will have:

1. Created 1 scented candle from scratch in order engage their senses of touch and smell

2. Sampled refreshments with mindfulness in order to engage their sense of taste

3. Selected a color to represent 2023 and shared their choice in order engage their senses of sight and sound

4. Completed 4 journaling prompts in order to activate their personal insight and ability to self-heal

5. Connected to their physical bodies through inclusive movement in order engage their inner wisdom

6. Received an intuitive 2023 Card Reading and shared their reflections in order to imagine a larger narrative for 2023
