May is hard (see previous email) but I am feeling a different sort of grief this year. This year my grief feels integrated. I am ACTIVELY letting pleasure be the antidote to my pain and it is feeling SO WONDERFUL. I’ve fallen behind on some things for sure. Emails have gone unsent and I’ve been less than “productive” on hard days, but over all it’s all turning out just fine… Mama’s birthday is on Monday… so maybe my tune will change then, but so-far yay for authentic living.
